Boho chic fans know who started it all! That iconic Missoni pattern always makes us dream of sandy island beaches and flowers in our hair. We're huge fans of their knits and their Italian lifestyle, and homage must be paid.

Missoni wasn’t always called Missoni.
Rosita and Tai’s initial knitwear business was called Maglificio Jolly, which roughly translates to Joker Knitwear. The name comes from Rosita’s superstitious nature—she’s particularly fond of the number 7—and was changed to Missoni only after they received an order of 500 dresses from Milan boutique La Rinascente. “We shipped the garments without telling them that they changed the name!” said Rosita.
